AVI Management Group, Inc. (DBA AVI Consulting, Inc. ®) is a woman-owned business, established in May of 2001. We provide technology and marketing solutions to government agencies and commercial companies. Our principles average 20 years experience in their fields and have held several senior roles across many industries, including government contracting and software. All AVI Consulting representatives have experience and success in their fields.
Our Roots and Strengths
Why do business with AVI? Our principals have tremendous experience, with over 150 years in technology and marketing as senior managers. We’ve consulted to large business such as Gannett & USA Today, Motorola, ADT, AT&T and MBNA, academic institutions such as Syracuse University, federal agencies such as EOP, VA, and DoD. We’ve even helped a small business or two to get their footing in the marketplace. When you work with AVI, you get the principal on your project. Our primary knowledge areas include marketing strategy, emergency preparedness, full life-cycle development, use of emerging technologies, information and systems architecture, business process re-engineering and improvement in functional areas including personnel management, sales, marketing, and engineering. We have experience with data warehousing/mining, enterprise application integration, middleware, database design and maintenance, web application development, COTS evaluations and implementations, portals, knowledge management systems, network engineering and maintenance. We are methodology-neutral and are well-versed using models such as CMMI and DPBI.
